Never mind the "dlya komplektatsii" part. That's just empty Russian verbiage.
You can find "ammunition" referring to mortar and other rounds in more formal settings but it is much less frequent and sounds a tad off. Ammunition is much more commonly used in the sense of small arms ammunition, and that's the first thing that comes to mind. The much more common word for mortar and artillery ammunition is "rounds", and not just conversationally, or, in a more general sense "ordnance," which also includes explosives as such.
Also, keep it in mind the the US and NATO in general do not generally follow the Russian tradition of labeling their guns by the model year but rather give them names of alphanumeric designators, such as M2, M252 (British), etc. Some of them may in fact include the year, such as M1886, M1908, but those are generally much older guns. Compare with the iconic Colt 1911 .45 handgun

As far as I understand, the difficulty id related to "выстрел". It is not "shot" - it is a set of supplies required to make one shot. I would propose "ammunition", but you may find a better option.
