Italian term

Euribor 3 M Punt (con/opz)

Italian to English Bus/Financial Finance (general)
Not sure of the correct wording of this in English.

I know its the three-month Euribor rate and I imagine it is "with options" or something similar, but I'm not sure of how the whole thing would be phrased and how the "Punt" fits in:

"Variabilità dei canoni: canoni variabili sulla base dell'andamento dell'Euribor 3 M Punt (con/opz) con le modalità previste dall'Allegato"

Thanks in advance!

Jim: You're as close as you could be without reading this:
"Per il calcolo della variazione dei canoni, la quotazione del tasso specificato al punto "Variabilità dei canoni" delle Condizioni Particolari del presente Contratto verrà rilevata, per ciascun trimestre solare, per valuta il giorno 12 (o quello successivo qualora esso fossè festivo) del precedente mese di marzo, giugno, settembre, dicembre."

which I hadn't seen before - sorry! So at the moment I have - 3 month Euribor for a specific date (with options), as at this time of night I have been able to come up with anything better...

3 month Euribor end-of-period (with options)

puntuale must mean the rate at the end of the period as opposed to the average for the period. This would normally taken for granted unless there are other instances where the average is used. "(con/opz)" must mean that the customer has options to switch to fixed rates of different rates under determined conditions.

"3 month euribor on lease instalment calculation date" Can't think of anything better, but the author should put a reference to the specification. Any normal reader would take it as end-of-period.

Punt is the Irish pound

would this fit your context
Note from asker:
Hello, thanks for your answer. Not as far as I know, there is no other reference to Ireland or Irish property in the document...

punt. = puntuale

Hi Sarah,

Low confidence as I can't help with the translation but here's the definition!

Punt. = puntuale

Euribor 3 M puntuale = Quotazione media dell'Euribor a 3 mesi/365 riferita al mese precedente.

Hope this helps.
Note from asker:
Puntuale is precisely what I just thought of :) I was just looking for something like specific 3-month euribor rate, but no luck yet
