Me parece importante mantener el mismo registro (especializado y formal) del texto fuente. Se utiliza 'governance' y no el término menos técnico de '(school) administration'. In this type of text, 'governance' is often used as a 'buzz word', as in 'shared' vs 'participatory governance' with regard to the roles of stakeholders in decision-making.
