tiling
I do, more or less, know what this means, but I'm not sure how to refer to it in English:
It's about tiling a surface of a kitchen or bathroom
Thanks

Place the tiles in a male to female connecting pattern. The female
loops should be located (as you stand inside the garage facing
the garage door) at the bottom and right side of each tile as
shown.
They speak of male tabs connecting to the female loops for the tiles to lock into place

male and female connecting edges (perhaps "coupling edges" can be used).
