GP Translations (asker) Oct 24, 2015:
Sorry. I hadn't seen these. The person is giving feedback on excavators bought through a dealer (perhaps for rent, perhaps for his company's use) Answering an open-end question about why he was dissatisfied with the dealer. Sorry, I could have given a lot more context. My bad. No idea if the revendeur is a company or person. I assume company. I have no idea why the order was false. There is no more info given by the person interviewed.

I agree We need a lot more context, please.

Have you got more elements of this story?
Who is making these comments? In which context?
What is exactly the role of this "revendeur"? is it a person or a company?
To whom was this "revendeur" supposed to declare "le financement de la machine"?

In which way was the order "false"? There was no real end-client at all, or there was an end-client but the order contained some false information?

Without these elements, the meaning can be twisted in too many ways.
