I see, just realised this site does not like triangular brackets. So the original post was supposed to be:

Jednající jménem [person's name], jednatelkou společnosti
(dále jen „Zadavatel")

I'll give you the points, but how do you propose I do the glossary entry? Perhaps don't add to glossary?

Doesn't make sense I think it's meant to be "jednajici [add name in the instrumental]", which is "represented by".

my original post seemed to be cut off it was supposed to include the following:

Asked my consultant and he suggested:

Acting under the name Heidrun Irschik Hadjieff, company executive officer

How should I deal with this now? Obviously the company is not acting on behalf of the person.
