English term

Repliers to demand notice

English to French Law/Patents Law (general) Legal proceedings
I am translating a text that has already been translated from Turkish into English. The other translator has used this expression, but although I understand what it should mean, "replier" does not seem to exist in English. I cannot turn things round into "réponse (à sommation)" becauses there is a list of names following.
Or would anyone agree with "réponses à sommation fournies par"?
Hopefully,
Peter LEGUIE.

Discussion

Peter LEGUIE (asker) Feb 3, 2016:
Allegro The sentence with "repliers" is just a list of persons who "replied" to the "demand notice".
My point is that "replier" does not exist in English: do you agree? That is most important for me to know and, if it is the case, I shall turn towards something like "défendeurs, personnes mises en cause, parties adverses...".
But in any case, it is a reaction to a "sommation".
AllegroTrans Feb 3, 2016:
Peter can you please post the whole sentence which contains "repliers"? You have mentioned "our reply" but that doesn't seem to be in the same sentence
Peter LEGUIE (asker) Feb 3, 2016:
Daryo Or could it possibly be "défendeurs"?
Peter LEGUIE (asker) Feb 3, 2016:
Daryo Yes, that is just the point.
Here is some more context: "our reply to the demand notice you sent through XXX Notary Office in Ankara on XXX".
Quite truly, I see the meaning, but cannot find any suitable French equivalent for "repliers".

decipher the meaning of 4 words in a translation form Turkish to English almost certainly made by a Turkish native speaker with possibly limited knowledge of English legalese?

NO WAYS, unless you give the whole sentence, or at least 10-15 words before and after that part.
