Looking at the notion from another angle, I wonder if what is meant by "excluyentes de antijuricidad" is more commonly referred to as "exemptions from criminal responsibility" in English:

Exemptions from Criminal Responsibility: Natural, Social and Political
There are different kinds of exemptions from criminal responsibility that are available. Some, such as diplomatic immunity are primarily political in nature. Others are based on the fact that the defendant does not have the capacity to be regarded as a responsible agent. This latter kind of exemption is the main focus of the chapter. It is argued that claiming an exemption from responsibility need not be demeaning to the defendant, and that many exemptions have both natural and social origins.

neutral Charles Davis : Not sure, Robert; there are eximentes de responsabilidad penal and I'm not clear that they're synonymous, though maybe they are in practice. But in principle I think there may be unlawful acts w/o criminal responsibility. Let's see what people say.

Thanks for the comments, Charles, sorry I forgot to get back to you. I put this out there as a possibility because I wanted to convey how "antijuricidad" is being used here. "Criminality" may also work, but there are many references to the term I've used.

I suspect there may be a better way of putting this, but I believe this is what it means. "Las excluyentes", I think, stands for "las causas excluyentes", and means exonerative facts or arguments:
