Tłumaczę Kartę Techniczną Gruntu poliuretanowego do podłoży (pod parkiety etc.) i nie za bardzo mogę znaleźć angielski odpowiednik tego "mleczka" - po nazwie można sądzić, że to mokre pozostałości, ale szlifowanie i szczotkowanie wskazują bardziej na jakąś suchą pozostałość... pomocy :)

Explanation:
Since this is something that has to be removed, it is a layer that has a milky appearance. During the formation stage, it is a cream that comes to the top. Once it hardens, it appears milky/matte.
