telescope extension
The Norwegian term doesn't exist according to google, (should be: teleskopskjøt) however, the meaning is clear from the words it's been made up of: it is an extension piece for a telescope arm on a mobile crane
Example sentence:
Anyone planning to take delivery of a seven-section 84m boom will need a conventional three-axle loader to transport the telescope extensions.
