Bee Pollen - A tablespoon daily (3 teaspoons in a tablespoon).

Phần này rất đơn giản.

Green Smoothies - At least one green smoothie daily. I usually have one in the morning as a breakfast. I put a teaspoon of bee pollen, a scoop of my green superfood powder (has spirulina, chlorella, barley, wheatgrass, and more than 20 other superfoods) and raw coconut sugar for taste. Water - Minimum 2 liters/68 oz of clean filtered water daily. Try not to use tap water if you can as it might have fluoride or chlorine it in which interferes with oxygen, nutrient absorption in the cell and slows your healing progress.

ngữ cảnh khi cả scoop, tablespoon và teaspoon dùng Anh đăng ngữ cảnh đi. Nhưng scoop là muỗng được kèm theo sản phẩm và vẫn được gọi là muỗng lường, còn 2 loại kia đơn giản là muỗng canh và muỗng cà phê.

Hi các huynh, em cám ơn nhưng nếu dùng là "muỗng" thôi thì chưa phân biệt được với muỗng canh và muỗng cà phê.
