ho controllato sia sul dizionario giuridico che su altri dizionari e glossari che utilizzo in ambito legale e, tra le diverse alternative, credo che "complaint" sia la più adatta, in quanto è come una denuncia (che contiene comunque tutte le informazioni del caso).
