Bonjour,

Dans le passage suivant, je ne vois pas comment traduire " wishful thinking " :

"6 easy to find foods that will focus your mind

Dark chocolate
Everyone’s favourite brain food is more than just wishful thinking.

Explanation:
"... l'aliment préféré pour stimuler le cerveau n'est pas une douce illusion" ( bizarre, oui, mais l'anglais aussi l'est - "food" is not just "wishful thinking"
Ou on pourrait peut-être envisager "mythe".

Pour ce qui est de nourrir nos cerveaux, les aliments préférés dépassent la simple pensée positive.

Dans ce contexte, même si voeux pieux est la traduction acceptée, on comprend mieux ce que veut dire le rédacteur en traduisant par pensée positive.
