fixtures

"Artefacto" is often used in Spanish in situations where you would not use "artifact" (US Spelling) or "artefact" (British spelling) in English. "Device" can be a more suitable word. But in Cono Sur Spanish it is used for fixtures or appliances: "artefactos de baño/sanitarios" are sanitary ware or bathroom fittings; "artefactos de gas/eléctricos" are gas/electric appliances.

Here "artefactos primarios" refers to primary bathroom fixtures (toilet, bathtub and sink/basin). "Desagüe" indicates this too.

"Artefactos Primarios
Inodoros Pedestal
Inodoro Común
Inodoros a la Turca
Mingitorios
Slop Sinks"

"The timeless appeal of the classic bathroom starts with three primary fixtures (tub, toilet and pedestal sink) and extends to the tile and light fixtures, towel bars and even door knobs."

Note from asker:
Thank you! I've thought of fixtures too. This is for US.
