Estimados amigos
IT IS HEREBY ADVISED THAT IF THIS DOCUMENT IS USED FOR A DIFFERENT PURPOSE, A VIOLATION OF THE TAX LAW IS INCURRED AND THE PERSON WHO RECEIVES THE DOCUMENT, WITH A DIFFERENT PURPOSE, IS RESPONSIBLE FOR/OF IT.

Warning: The use of this document for any purpose other than that for which it was delivered is a violation of tax* law, for which the recipient may be held responsible.
Without more context (i.a. the country of origin of the certificate) we can’t be sure that “fiscal” refers to “tax” law; it might de “state law” (or something similar).

OK, as it's Argentina I suggest you use something equally ambiguous in the English translation: "a violation of tax law, ..." --> "a violation of fiscal law, ..." where 'fiscal law' covers both the state economy and taxation.

Be warned that any use of this document, other than for the purposes for which it was originally prepared and provided, constitutes a violation under Tax Law....and any party admitting the document for any unintended purpose will be held responsible.
My take...

Take notice that any use other....
