Références du lot loué

Non-PRO French to English Law/Patents Real Estate bail commercial
Hello,

This is an avenant au bail commercial.

After giving the names of the Parties, there is the following:

"Références du lot loue" is in capital letters, as a title, I don't understand is "loue" the verb here, is there a typo? your suggestions are most welcome!

Underneath: In the residence ABC there is:
Appartement :

N° lot :…………………………………
Type :………………………………….
Niveau :…………………………………
Superficie appartement :…………..m2
Tantième : ………………………..

Thank you.

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

@Nikki Merci, c'est bien ce que je dis.
Nikki Scott-Despaigne Oct 4, 2016:
accentuation of capitals in French According to the Académie française, omission of an accent on a capital letter amounts to a spelling mistake. http://www.academie-francaise.fr/questions-de-langue#5_stron... See "Accentuation des majuscules".
They are seen less often now as using them requires a (minor) configuration of the computer or (easy-to-find) knowledge and use of keyboard shortcuts. They should be used, but the fact is that they are simply becoming an endangered species!
@ Jacob. That is not what I said! Please read the link I posted - all the info is there.
No, they aren't. Please read the link I posted - all the info is there.
Louisa Tchaicha (asker) Oct 3, 2016:
yes that's what got me confused, I thought well they must know how to put accents on capital letters, especially in a "formal" document, so this must be just "loue" and that makes no sense..
Juan Jacob Oct 3, 2016:
@Margarida So, they ARE mandatory. You just said it.
They are NOT mandatory, but actually... in this case there should be an accent, to distinguish 'LOUE' from 'LOUÉ'.

Juan Jacob Oct 3, 2016:
LOUÉ... ...of course. And yes, accents are mandatory in French in capitals as well as in Spanish.
If it's in capitals, it's fine as LOUE In French, when something is written in capitals, the accents are often left out.
