țările cu venituri reduse, colectarea veniturilor atinge niveluri net inferioare mediei la scară mondială, este necesar să se depună eforturi suplimentare semnificative în acest domeniu. Creșterea veniturilor publice poate genera în mod direct creșterea investițiilor în prioritățile în materie de dezvoltare, evidențiind totodată responsabilitatea de a cheltui în
mod corect fondurile alocate.
