It all depends on what it actually is, i.e. the terms and conditions, whether it is a payment or some right of use or whatever.

Hvis ikke servitutten allerede er tinglyst, skal servitutten først tinglyses (normalvedtægten undtaget), og derefter skal den lyses pantstiftende via dokumenttypen "Anden Hæftelse Fast Ejendom" og servitutten bilagsrefereres.

Ved anmeldelse af pantstiftende vedtægter henvises til vejledningen "Ejerforeninger og grundejerforeninger". neutral Kim Kardasho (X) : Are you you sure the asker - who headlines with real estate - is after the US version of a land lien? In E&W, such is not possible but is called a land charge. A lien attaches only to goods, a bank a/c & co. shares https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lien
