English to Spanish Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering Engineering

The title reads:
Crews face yard obstacles, high water table and dogs.

It is for a newsletter that will be mailed out to residents of a neighborhood, letting them know that the upgrades are completed, what they did and so on. I'm just having a very hard time trying to word it correctly, and have only come up with:

Las cuadrillas OR Los equipos de trabajo se enfrentan a obstáulos [blank], alto nivel freático, y perros.

Any ideas are appreciated!
