Useless redundancy This is the type of redundant statement you always see in PT documents and never in EN documents. If the court rendered a decision, does it have to determine it has to be complied with? Duh!

Since "cumpra-se" is in the imperative mood, it denotes a command, an order, specially at the end of the Judge's decision, I suggest using this construction and you will find many examples of Court Orders in Google with similar wording.
