raw or marinated fish
It's peixes nús in galego (check spelling in your text), and it means strips or pieces of raw fish, or sometime very lightly cooked, and sometimes though not always marinated. "Pescados desnudos" is a literal translation into Castilian but it doesn't really mean anything.
Sashimi indicates it's raw, of course.

: Good guess, but that's not what it means here. It's just a literal translation of peixes nús, which has a particular gastromic meaning

naked fish
(Why not?)
See Charles for a proper definition.
However, my take is that if "naked" works as clickbait, it should work to attract restaurant customers too... and there are already restaurants called "naked fish"...

The sales pitch - "the naked fish combo is a selection of breaded and battered white and shellfish" - reveals that 'naked' is simply there to catch the eye of the 'fnarr fnarr' type of customer.
