raw or marinated fish

It's peixes nús in galego (check spelling in your text), and it means strips or pieces of raw fish, or sometime very lightly cooked, and sometimes though not always marinated. "Pescados desnudos" is a literal translation into Castilian but it doesn't really mean anything.

"Sigue con lo que llaman “peixes nús”, que son tiraditos o sashimi de los pescados que haya ese día."
Sashimi indicates it's raw, of course.

"En Santiago de Compostela, se puede probar en Abastos 2.0 a través de sus peixes nús (crudos y/o marinados) o su versión de empanada."

agree neilmac : Totally agree, but I think my suggestion would also work for an advertising puff like this...

I tried a seach for "naked fish" and got stuff about eating sushi off naked women, which seems to be a fantasy for some people. You can't be too blatant in advertising though :)

scaleless fish

El cuerpo externo de muchos peces está cubierto con escamas. Otros no tienen cubierta externa sobre la piel, estos son llamados peces desnudos.

Thank you!
neutral Charles Davis : Good guess, but that's not what it means here. It's just a literal translation of peixes nús, which has a particular gastromic meaning

naked fish

(Why not?)
See Charles for a proper definition.
However, my take is that if "naked" works as clickbait, it should work to attract restaurant customers too... and there are already restaurants called "naked fish"...

The sales pitch - "the naked fish combo is a selection of breaded and battered white and shellfish" - reveals that 'naked' is simply there to catch the eye of the 'fnarr fnarr' type of customer.
