Does anyone happen to know what the acronym УВ stands for in an energy context?

My translation memory is telling me it's 'hydrocarbons' but I'm not sure it works from wind power control system installation perspective?

The full sentence in which it occurs is below:
На АОВМ ВЭС возлагается реализация УВ от АДВ ВЛ 330 кВ Кольская АЭС – Княжегубская №1(2) и ЛАДВ ВЛ 330 кВ Княжегубская – Лоухи №1(2) путём выдачи управляющего сигнала на отключение генераторов ВЭС, или на вход группового регулятора мощности ВЭС, направленного на снижение генерации.
