Plate Cocking (non standard)
Plate cocking is a plate mounting error where the plate is mounted slightly rotated on the plate cylinder.
Push the "Plate Cocking" button in the main menu to enter the screen below. The Plate Cocking is managed in this screen.
The measured deviation between the two marks situated on the outside of the web is graphically displayed here.
For each plate the difference in mm (in circumferential direction) between the marks situated on the outside of the web is given.

Juntando isso com seu texto, que fala que esse erro ocorre na "circumferential direction", para mim, trata-se de um erro de rotação (ou inclinação) do cilindro.
