Italian term

la sottoscrizione dell\'offerta turistica

Italian to English Law/Patents Law (general) Commercial contract
This is from a commercial contract between a tour operator and a travel agency.

OBBLIGHI DELL’ AGENZIA

I doubt 'subscription' fits the context here. I've thought of 'acceptance', but I'm not sure. Any suggestions would be gratefully received. TIA

Actually "tour packages" looks to be the more common term

Re: Tourist offer

The use of "OFFER" in general is very Italian. When you use "offer" (as a noun) in English it is almost always a "special offer", i.e. a discount or special opportunity.

That said, I'm not expert enough in the tourism trade to be able to distinguish between offerta turistica and pacchetti turistici. Maybe "tour product" and "tour package"??

Re: Tour/tourist

Tourists are people. Tour seems to be standard. See

Note from asker:
Thank you Patrick. Would you say "tourist offer" is unidiomatic in English? "Offerta (turistica)" recurs several times throughout the text and I'm not sure I can always translate it as "tour packages" as the text also mentions "pacchetti turistici". TIA
Yes, it didn't sound quite right to me either. "Tour/tourist? products" might be an option, but the text also talks about "prodotti turistici"! I think I may end up using some of these terms interchangeably. I'll go back and see how I can fit them in. Thanks for your help!

the tourist offer subscription

I like 'subscription'. Meaning that there's a contract to sign. 'Acceptance' could mean that there's nothing to sign.

Purchase of tour services

If one had to choose just one term I would go for tour (or tourist travel) services.
Services offered by a tour operator/company... Should cover most things including excursions as per context.
