I doubt 'subscription' fits the context here. I've thought of 'acceptance', but I'm not sure. Any suggestions would be gratefully received. TIA

The use of "OFFER" in general is very Italian. When you use "offer" (as a noun) in English it is almost always a "special offer", i.e. a discount or special opportunity.
That said, I'm not expert enough in the tourism trade to be able to distinguish between offerta turistica and pacchetti turistici. Maybe "tour product" and "tour package"??

| Yes, it didn't sound quite right to me either. "Tour/tourist? products" might be an option, but the text also talks about "prodotti turistici"! I think I may end up using some of these terms interchangeably. I'll go back and see how I can fit them in. Thanks for your help! |

I like 'subscription'. Meaning that there's a contract to sign. 'Acceptance' could mean that there's nothing to sign.

Purchase of tour services
If one had to choose just one term I would go for tour (or tourist travel) services.
Services offered by a tour operator/company... Should cover most things including excursions as per context.
