I think collection of something, but don't know what - revenues, income, commodities in pipelines (gas, water). Data collection seems improbably narrow.

Given the lack of context, it is very hard to tell what they are capturing.
However, sandwiched between "metodologii de implementare" and "business management", this does not seem to be collection, or data collection, for that matter.
