在庫は少ない
コレコレにも拘わらず、利益率が芳しくないという文脈なので、「在庫は少ない」で良いかと思います。生産量が増えても、在庫になれば当然、その分は利益になりません。でもここでは、生産量は増え、一方で在庫は増えていないのに（すなわちソコソコの量は売れたのに）．．．という流れなので、それが分かるように訳せば良いかと思います。As usual とあるので、在庫はいつも低く抑えているだと思います。
