Japanese term

金融商品取引業務

Japanese to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
当社並びに当社役員及び社員は,顧客に対し誠実かつ公正に,金融商品取引業務を遂行しなければならない。
I see that "金融商品取引業務" is often translated as "financial instruments business" but I thought of asking other professionals first first. Thank you

Financial Instruments Business

I'm not a huge fan of the wording but I use it. If someone searches the term from your translation at a later point, it's clearly defined on-line. This term is consistent with other laws and contracts and if someone doesn't like it you can agree with them and tell them "it's the standard term".

financial instruments transaction services

As you've mentioned, "financial instruments business" is the standard way of translating this term. But there are also instances in existing Japanese law where the term is translated as "financial instruments transaction services". (Ex. See the translation of the 金融商品取引法施行令 in the link).
