Здравствуйте! Не совсем поняла концовку этого предложения ( после if). Что имеется ввиду под outside specifications, potentially outside specifications? Речь идет о новых крышках и укупорочных элементах для таблеток, исследованиях стабильности, водонепроницаемости и т.п. в связи с этим.
These studies must be finalised and the data will be provided immediately to the competent authorities if outside specifications or potentially outside specifications at the end of the approved shelf life.
