Da quello che ho capito io, l'agenzia trasmette i dati di chi offre una Location (luogo utilizzato per le riprese di un film, per simularne l'ambientazione). Magari c'è un termine migliore, ma per il momento non mi viene altro.

Spesso ho incontrato questo termini, relativo a una figura professionale diversa dall'agente immobiliare, che fornisce 'locations' per servizi vari quali set televisivi/cinematografici o servizi fotografici, eventi importanti, etc.
Se ci fosse un termine anche in italiano non saprei, ma spesso io lo trovo così in inglese.
