Para la evaluación financiera del presente proyecto se ha considerado un período de vida útil de12 años, donde se medirá la rentabilidad haciéndose uso de los parámetros Valor Actual Neto, Tasa Interna de Retorno y Relación Beneficio/Costo y determinar si la industria como procesadora de lácteos es aceptable su adquisición, asi mismo desarrollar los planes de ampliación y modernización, para ofrecer al mercado de América del Sur y otros mercados abiertos.
