French to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)

I am translating a specification for a French government contract and there are several types of purchase order for services involved in the contract. I wondered whether anyone knows of an equivalent system of points in an English speaking country. Here is the context:

A la suite de la notification d’un bon de commande de points au titulaire par xxxx ou son représentant, le manager (cf. article 11.6 du présent marché) pourra émettre des demandes d’activités sur table de points au titre du poste 5. Les points commandés sont utilisables pour déclencher des activités à points.

La valorisation de la prestation en points sera faite sur la base de la parité 1 point = 1 € HT.
