Hello! Anyone knows what stands behind the abbreviations "PTB" and "tPtB" in the following context?

"Dans l'état actuel des connaissances du fournisseur et dans les concentrations d'application, aucun autre ingrédient présent n'est classé comme dangereux pour la santé ou l'environnement, ni PTB ou tPtB, ni soumises à une limite d'exposition professionnelle et donc nécessiterait de figurer dans cette section."
