Megint más kifejezés kell, ha pl. ingatlan bérlésről van szó, akkor security deposit account lenne.

Nem tudom USA vagy Anglia az eredeti szöveg származási országa. USA ban a bank szektorban egyértelműen a" collateral" használatos. Minden nap tolmácsolok bankoknak, soha nem használják a surety kifejezést.

Csak a kifejezést néztem, bocsánat. A bail büntető eljárásjogi kifejezés, nyilvánvalóan a civil jogi területhez tartozó pénzügyi jogból egyértelműen kizárhatjuk. Viszont az nem collateral, A büntető eljárásban letett összeg az a bail. Hitel tartozás biztositására szolgáló elkülönitett pénzösszeg pedig collateral. Amennyiben az adós nem fizet, a jogosult követelését a collateral összegéből elégiti ki. Kicsit a járulékos magyar kifejezés jelentés tartományába is átnyulik. Ahogy USA ban nem tul ember baráti módon a civilek halálát nevezik a bombázások során "collateral damage", azaz , járulékos veszteség-nek. Mivel minden nap több banki hivást tolmácsolok, s egyébként is jogász vagyok, teljes biztonsággal állithatom, hogy a surety kifejezést adosságot biztositó összeg megnevezésére egyáltalán nem használják. A bond pedig egyértelműen kötvény, illetve az üzleti életben a vállalkozó lehet un. bonded, ami pedig egy biztositási forma. Kacifántos dolog ez valójában, ezek nagyon angolszász jogintézmények, és a kontinentális rendszer más.
