Many variants of this are known to be idiomatic parts of "company jargon" in English-speaking countries. Without more context, the above alternatives should suffice.
Of course, the terms in parentheses with commas between them are my proposed alternatives. Thus for example "Director", "Head", and "Manager" are proposed translations for "руководитель".

Discussion
Not in the field of furnaces. The second is justhe explanation. I proposed 'in furnaces'
(The important thing to bear in mind is that a translation is useless if it is not idiomatic in English. Two signal examples of such unidiomatic answers that have been proposed here are "Head in the field of Furnaces" and "Head in Furnaces", which to understate the matter are tantamount to "Ostrich with head in ground", to an English-speaking person.)
Head in Furnaces - "in" здесь достаточно для обозначения "направление"
Head in the field of Furnaces

What is a PhD? A PhD is the highest level of degree (level 8).

What qualifications will I get? You’ll receive a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) on completion of the course.

'The Framework for Higher Education Qualifications lays down the naming convention that Doctor of Philosophy is reserved for doctorates awarded on the basis of examination by thesis or publication, or by artefact, composition or performance accompanied by written academic commentary. Other doctorates (typically styled professional or specialist doctorates) that have substantial taught elements normally include the field in the name of the degree.'
