Dutch term

examentuchtdossier

Dutch to English Other Education / Pedagogy exam regulations
One of the people on a Flemish hogeschool's "examencommissie" is:

- een tweede studieloopbaancoördinator voor de examentuchtdossiers van de opleiding Bedrijfsmanagement

Not a lot of context there but online I found:

Wanneer een onregelmatigheid wordt vastgesteld bij een examen en beeldopnamen werden gemaakt, dan zullen deze beeldopnamen bij het onderzoek door de examentuchtcommissie zoals beschreven in art. 21.4, worden geraadpleegd en aan het examentuchtdossier worden toegevoegd.

Disciplinary examination file doesn't sound right at all (used in last year's version of these regs). Any suggestions?

Thanks! :-)

Borrow to your heart's content Tucht definitely means discipline but in this context, I think you have to mention examination irregularities so I think your solution is perfect. Go ahead and use my entry with my blessings.
Michael Beijer May 15, 2018:
@Textpertise: I'd like to post "disciplinary records relating to examination irregularities" as an answer, unless you object as it borrows a bit from your suggestion.
freekfluweel May 15, 2018:
to file (verb) "Disciplinary records will be filed in the student's or student organization's disciplinary file in the Office of Student Conduct consisting of a statement of charges, summary of the information presented at the hearing, findings and sanctions of the administrative hearing officer or hearing body, records of appeals and rationale for the decisions."

Michael Beijer May 15, 2018:
or "disciplinary records relating to examination irregularities" (as per TextPertise)
Michael Beijer May 15, 2018:
so maybe something like this - een tweede studieloopbaancoördinator voor de examentuchtdossiers van de opleiding Bedrijfsmanagement
=
- A second academic career coordinator for the disciplinary records of cheating in examinations in the [opleiding Bedrijfsmanagement].
Textpertise May 15, 2018:

Michael Beijer May 15, 2018:

Michael Beijer May 15, 2018:
hmm these "tuchtdossiers" are indeed called "disciplinary files" (or "disciplinary records", as per my Notebook Nederlandse en Vlaamse onderwijstermen in het Engels) in English, but not 100% sure how to work in the "examen" part nicely.
