El programa ha centrado sus acciones la organización y capacitación de las estructuras comunitarias y facilitadores judiciales en temas de auto-cuido, valores, uso seguro de redes sociales. Los facilitadores judiciales son referentes comunitarios para orientar a las familias sobre la ruta de la denuncia a seguir en casos de violencia familiar.

Mi traducción:

Judicial facilitators are community referents when it comes to advising families on the path to follow in order to report cases of domestic violence.

No obstante, me gustaría leer sus opinion, comentarios y si hay sugerencias más aterrizadas al contexto, bienvenidas sean.

PS: No sé si el uso de "when it comes to" es demasiado informal en este contexto.

re orientar I suspect this is more ‘point in the direction of’ (which is a mouthful!) or something similar. Guide may be ok. Have reservations about advise as in facilitation-mediation contexts (as with counselling) it might be seen as too directive and, while it is accurate in the sense of telling them the options open to them, something lighter may be more appropriate here. Even sth simple like ‘show’. i.e. “Judicial Facilitators are community leaders who show the families the steps they need to take in order to report...” Or sth less wordy.

RE: "when it comes to"... I'd just use "...when advising families..." and leave out the "it comes to" bit, which I agree is slightly informal.

Referente is someone you refer to, ie an adviser. I've suggested "figures/officials" to avoid saying "advisers who can advise".

I would prefer a bit more context before commenting on orientar. Signposting comes to mind as well as guide. But cf. my discussion entry.
