German term
zum Gönnerbook
German to English
Other
Tourism & Travel
There is very little context as the source text is in no particular order but it does have to do with tourism development, hotels, annual general meetings and skiing.
Could be something to do with Steuerwert Aktie (what do you translate this as mostly?) that comes before it, or it could be to do with hotels, or contact information, or registering for 'gästeehrung' which might mean some kind of welcoming ceremony but open to ideas.

to a "Book of Sponsors"
"Gönner" are sponsors. The word "Gönnerbook" appears on the Bellwald website and seems to mean a Book of Sponsors comparable to a Visitors' Book.

Here are a couple of sentences from the Bellwald website which explain the purpose of the Gönnerbook: "Mit dem Gönnerbook Bellwald wollen wir eine Unterstützungsplattform für alle Freunde und Sympathisanten bieten, welchen die Entwicklung von Bellwald am Herzen liegt. Helfen Sie mit die Attraktivität unserer Destination weiter zu steigern. Sei dies mit dem Erwerb einer Werbefläche, einem Aktienkauf oder einem Gönnerbeitrag - Hier finden Sie die passende Möglichkeit!"

'sponsors' rather than 'donors', because in my (British/European) experience donations are usually given without receiving anything in return, although they may be ear-marked for a specific purpose, whilst sponsors either receive benefits in terms of marketing or - as in the case of Bellwald - sponsor specific objects, such as a scooter, a brick in the construction of a building, or the participation of someone from a poor country in an international conference, and suchlike. Both donations and sponsorship can be one-off or multiple. I used to make regular monthly donations to a charitable organisation. On the other hand, I would quite like to sponsor the planting of a tree in the Hambacher Forst when RWE have cut down the existing trees.
Sorry about the speech/quotation marks or inverted commas - didn't realise that they can be scary. When I was at school in England in the 1960s and 1970s, we were taught to put book titles in inverted commas and capitalise all the main words, e.g. "To Kill a Mockingbird". In this present, 21st century context 'To Book of Sponsors' would probably be better than 'to a "Book of Sponsors".

: Why the "scary quotes" (American doubles!) when you've given it caps anyway?

: I found something similar here when I googled "Gönnerbuch":http://jfw-sm2018.ch/goennerbuch/
I used to work in fundraising (in the voluntary sector) and it was common practice to have a book of donors. I expect it's a similar thing.

List of sponsors

go to book of donors
The Gönnerbook Bellwald is to be understood as an online support platform for all friends and sympathisers who care about the further development of the destination, the responsible persons write in a communiqué. The idea would provide the opportunity to support the sports tracks with a **donor** contribution. Every supporter can choose from various products, such as a seat on a chairlift, a scooter or a mountain cart. Each product is then given a personal dedication and inaugurated on its maiden voyage.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SPONSORS & DONORS
Donations and sponsorships are vital to business — particularly to charitable organizations and nonprofits which operate primarily off of monetary gifts. While the nuances between the two categories will vary based on the organization, a donation is generally a onetime gift that goes to the company’s general fund, while a sponsorship involves a renewed pledge that supports a specific cause or project.

Discussion
http://vs-wallis.ch/unwetter/0316.html
It says "Kampagne." In any case, even if it were a Gönnerbuch (entirely in German), it would be neither a book nor a list.
Here is one:
https://issuu.com/damian.indermitte/docs/g__nnerbuch_stechfe...
Compare
http://somersetmdstrawberryfestival.com/2017-sponsor-booklet
The "Gönnerliste" is part of [the booklet written in German].
Still, it says right there on the website "Unterstützungsplatform"; similar to:
https://www.sponsoo.de/presse/5/erste-deutschlandweite-Platt...
You might as well go with website. Heck, even the BBC had one:
https://www.theguardian.com/media/2008/mar/07/bbc.mediabusin...
Best
https://www.shanklintheatre.com/sponsor_a_seat.aspx
And I don't see an issue with sponsorship as a noun:
https://www.sjt.uk.com/supportus/seat_sponsorship
The bigger problem is that, again, this is the name of a project. There is no list; it's a website describing to visitors what sponsorship opportunities they have. That is usually called a sponsorship booklet:
http://neahp.org/images/downloads/2016_Conference/neahp_2016...
First, we don't know whether Alan is even allowed to translate this and, second, list or book of sponsors is just wrong, in my opinion (see above).
Best wishes

It's an alternative if you don't want to call it a project. Heck, I don't even know whether you're allowed to change a project name unless you have been given the go-ahead by someone.
Still, Aida's discussion entries have been more helpful than anything else posted, in my opinion.
Best
There are enough examples of Book of Benefactors and, my preference in this "present, 21st century context" (which began almost two decades ago!), Benefactors Book (yes, yes, you can add an apostrophe).
See

https://twitter.com/ashmoleanmuseum/status/93442398630546227...
http://www.hardy-plant.org.uk/for-members/benefactors
You shouldn't precede the words by "to"; looks odd to me.
However, I think this has been misunderstood and the sentences posted are misleading. It's not a list of sponsors but a sponsorship booklet. Compare https://shop.bellwald.ch with the relevant EN pages.
Actually, it's not even a book but a website. See Wendy's link.
The claim that this is a composition title and you need quotation marks is false. I got the AP Stylebook 2018 at home and even if it were a list of sponsors/donors, it would count as a directory, IMO.
But it's a project(!) and requires none.

This is about a onetime gift and not a sponsorship.
