من المقرر في الشريعة الاسلامية ان كل قرض جر نفعا مشروطا فهو ربا لا يجوز، وهذا امر مجمع عليه بين أهل العلم. والقرض بفائدة هو عين الربا المحرم بالكتاب والسنة والاجماع، ومن ثم فإن كانت القروض المذكورة من هذا الباب فهي محرمة قطعًا، وهذا هو الغالب؛ إذ البنوك والجهات المذكورة لا تحكمها مبادئ إسلامية، وهي معروفة بتعاملها بالربا، وأخذها الفوائد على القروض.
