Ако се работи за основачки влог (трговско друштво) тогаш е in-kind (capital) contribution или contribution in kind или non-monetary (capital) contribution.

There are two types of contributions:
- Monetary contribution (Money as contribution)
- Non-monetary contribution (Movables, real estates and rights as
contribution).
Non-monetary contributions can be defined as contributions that are consisted of goods (movables and real estate) and rights that have value. Any kind of contribution which is not in the form of money or labor and services, can be defined as non-monetary contribution.

Non-Monetary Contribution
(1) When a non-monetary contribution is transferred to the company, the
company agreement, charter or the decision to increase the core/charter capital shall contain the business name, the name of the person making the non-monetary contribution, and a detailed description of the non-monetary contribution and its appraised value expressed in cash.
(2) Non-monetary contribution in a limited liability company, joint stock
company, limited partnership and limited partnership by shares shall be appraised by one or several authorised appraisers appointed by the founders, members, shareholders or the company’s bodies, from the list of authorised appraisers (Article 35 of Macedonian Company Law, Official Gazette, no. 28/2004, 84/2005, 25/2007, 87/2008, etc.).
