Having the courage to stop at-risk situations is what is important.
Always be courteous and respectful!
Interventions help keep each other safe.
It should not be looked at as personal criticism but an opportunity to address safe behaviors and support one another; ensuring that each of us goes home in the same condition we arrived.
It is an opportunity to coach fellow co-workers on the safety requirements, to offer assistance, and to provide guidance on the proper way to complete a task safely.
