another possibility: you save
servatis is the participle "saved" in the dative and ablative plural (if it's the title of the song, so perhaps: to those who have been saved from...) OR the present tense of the verb (active, indicative) in the second person, plural.
Discussion
means danger. Periculum = peril(ous) = danger. And if that's the case, then I'm guessing that 'servatis a maleficum' means protected from evil. Am I right?
