Found another link.

For the purposes of my translation I will use "Unauthorized access of computer devices"

Article 154-A, Unauthorized access of computer devices: Accessing computer devices, be they connected or not to a network, violating without authorization security mechanisms, to obtain, tamper or destroy data or information without the express or implied consent of the owner of the device or to install programs or data intending to gain an unfair advantage: Penalty - detention of 3 (three) months to one (1) year and a fine.

The term "hacking" is often used as if it's synonymous with illegal computer access. Hacking isn't necessarily a criminal activity, however. A computer hacker can simply be someone who knows how to circumvent the limitations of a device or a piece of software. Ethical hackers often break into computer systems -- with permission -- to find vulnerabilities and improve security. Hacking is a crime when the perpetrators access systems without the owner's permission.

Thanks a lot Mark, this is why I am asking the Proz.
Mark Robertson May 9, 2019:
"Computing device invasion" reeks of literal translation and is clearly not the equivalent technical term in the target language. Hacking it is.
Marcella S. (asker) May 9, 2019:
I found this on Reverso Context (paracrawl.eu)
De acordo com a PF, os suspeitos poderão responder pelos crimes de invasão de dispositivo informático, estelionato e associação criminosa. - According to the PF, suspects may respond by the computing device invasion crimes, larceny and conspiracy.

Then, found another article - https://www.academia.edu/37162830/Current_issues_over_electr... This Statute included in the Brazilian Criminal Code the crime of “computing device invasion” (Article 154-A),

Cybercrime or computer-oriented crime

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cybercrime

Cybercrime, or computer-oriented crime, is a crime that involves a computer and a network.[1] The computer may have been used in the commission of a crime, or it may be the target.[2] Cybercrimes can be defined as: "Offences that are committed against individuals or groups of individuals with a criminal motive to intentionally harm the reputation of the victim or cause physical or mental harm, or loss, to the victim directly or indirectly, using modern telecommunication networks such as Internet (networks including chat rooms, emails, notice boards and groups) and mobile phones (Bluetooth/SMS/MMS)".[3] Cybercrime may threaten a person or a nation's security and financial health.
