I think you need to translate the whole text or at least half of it into one or two syllable words of Anglo Saxon origin (rather than ancient Greek or Latin origin) and cut out all the parentheses and split it into separate sentences to make it easily understandable (eg "works" instead of functions). Giving a translation for this term alone will not do the job.

If you gave more context we might be able to give a more readable translation than the fairly literal translation given here. After all "dinamiche funzionale" is really just how things work and the "sociali" is how people interact.
