1) To declare the dissolution by mutual consent of the catholic marriage WITH the cessation of the civil effects, considering as grounds the mutual consent (...).
2) To declare the dissolution by mutual consent of the catholic marriage BY CEASING the civil effects, considering as grounds the mutual consent (...).
2) To declare the dissolution by mutual consent of the catholic marriage BY MEANS OF CEASING the civil effects, considering as grounds the mutual consent (...).
¿Alguna de las tres suena bien? ¿Tenéis otras sugerencias mejores?

by the cessation of civil effects
Colombia's adoption of divorce in 1976 was only partial...Those married by the Catholic Church could not divorce for civil purposes until 1992 in a process termed "the cessation of civil effects of matrimony", rather than divorce.

Divorce in this sense is only the cessation of civil effects because Catholic anulments are practically unheard of in Colombia.

New Queries
(E-Cr 1-08/1) Marijan Boskovic wonders about cessation of civil effects in
a birth certificate that has already been translated once, presumably from
Spanish, since the person in question is a female born in South America. An
added line at the bottom mentions a divorce, and states: Divorced, cessation of civil effects. [Next line:] Religious marriage by sentence No.
….Of the circuit of Family Court of….
What, Marijan asks, would be proper
Croatian for the words in bold print?
