Italian to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)

Hello,
is there an actual term for an agreement where one party notifies another party of potential customers and leads for business collaboration
Basically, this is a collaboration between an architectural studio and a pool manufacturer.

I would simply say "TRADE AGREEMENT" and leave out the "SEGNALAZIONE" part, but this may be incorrect.
