Hello
Checking on Internet, drum filter for farming crabs, shrimps etc. is very common.
Some have screens and "fils" can means "trame" as in weave etc, so I suspect this is "screens"
All this gets you to a type of product as in my reference
But this is a long shot in that I'm kind of conjecturing so lets see what others say to this
