Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) Discharge report
Hi all :)

I came across the abbreviation "HD" in a hospital discharge report. The patient is a newborn baby who is being monitored. It comes up in the section SEGUIMIENTO ACTUAL:

i was thinking it could maybe be "Hemodinámica" but I'm not too sure.

The report was issued in Spain and the target audience is UK.

Thanks for your help, it's much appreciated!
