The Chief Legal Officer, in consultation with the CEO, CFO and IR, has primary responsibility for overseeing the filing and assembly of the Company’s disclosure documents required to be filed with securities regulatory authorities, as well as the preparation of management proxy circulars and other continuous disclosure documents to the extent delegated by the CFO.
