: I think if one was literally translating it, it would be: "for other than him, husbands."..i.e. "for husbands other than him," I guess it should be لغيره من الأزواج ???

Thanks for your comment. Just to clarify, Your original translation is right I guess. I was just trying to make sense of the sentence, for myself, since I would have thought that it should say لغيره من الأزواج so I found the Arabic a bit confusing, so I was trying to make a literal translation to clarify the matter. Maybe the Arabic is correct as is, I just wasn't sure.
