The formulaic lenga-lenga of the source text is clearly part of a standard form jurisdiction clause. There is no need to translate it word for word and better practice to adopt the terms, with identical effect, of the equivalent clause in English, which will be something like: "The Parties hereto hereby agree that the (...) Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide all matters and disputes arising from this contract, or with regard to the performance hereof."

Como bem colocado pelo Mark acima, normalmente não dá para traduzir essas cláusulas contratuais ao pé da letra. O evento que você se refere na pergunta é uma possível troca de endereço (domicílio) de uma das partes, certo?
Então se essa informação necessita constar na cláusula de jurisdição, é algo tipo "change of address". Mas muitos contratos têm uma cláusula separada para tratar de mudança de domicílio.
